At Roberts Beauty I’m responsible for helping plan, organize, and execute major marketing events and initiatives at industry-wide events and trade shows. Experience design has always been a personal passion of mine. I love thinking about a consumer experience in a very tangible way–what do they see, touch, interact with and take away from the overall event. For Roberts Beauty events I help drive the overall creative direction. I work within the parameters of the event space and the company budget to make the best use of the space possible. I design all the signage, touchpoints and help merchandise the product displays. I design and develop the presentation and marketing materials to support the sales team's efforts. I look for as many ways to add value to the consumer experience as possible including providing takeaways such as a trend forecast and market research guide.

Mockups…an underrated but very important skill that every designer should have in their tool kit and one that I’ve mastered. Being a very visual learner and communicator, my imagination allows me to quickly envision an idea however, I’ve learned through managing a team that not everyone shares that way of thinking. By providing visual assets to help communicate ideas and goals, I’ve been able to communicate big-picture ideas clearly and effectively to other departments and team members.
