Roberts Beauty is a leading service provider in the cosmetics industry helping brands find and create the very best packaging solutions and cosmetic formulas. The Roberts Beauty Innovation Program's main goal is to come up with sellable and award-worthy packaging designs and formula developments. Over the past three and a half years as the creative and innovation manager, I’ve worked alongside a skilled team to not only come up with never-before-seen packaging concepts but changed the way the department functions. I’ve been the key leader in managing the progress and performance of this department on top of contributing key original ideas some of which will soon be launched with a brand selling nationwide.
Not only do I play an integral role in the development process, but as the creative manager for the Roberts Beauty marketing team it’s also my responsibility to create the marketing materials for these items and help provide sales with the assets and content they need to successfully sell these items to a brand. I single-handedly started a video demonstration program featuring video content that I produced, created and edited. |

Coming up with an idea and then the process of figuring out what steps to take to bring it to fruition is my favorite process as a creative. However, having a finished product is only half the battle because then you must be able to sell and market it to consumers. During the pandemic there was the added difficulty of limited in-person interaction and to counter that I began to film and edit in-house demonstration videos to communicate product benefits and functionality more clearly.
